To our Buying.com family, As we approach the end of another year, and look ahead at all that’s to come, we want to take a moment to reflect. We feel honored and grateful to have your loyal support as we continue to grow and evolve as a company. Many of you have asked for updates in the past few weeks, so I’m writing as always to share with transparency, the exact path that Buying.com is on. One notable update is that we recently separated out our driving logistics network into its own platform called ODDSdrive.com. This was to promote a better understanding of the company for new customers and salespeople, and we feel that it was a successful decision. In addition, our Buying.com team has now grown to over 128 employees, including our logistics division which we’ve put extended efforts into as we nurture the build out of our unique technology. Our successes in the logistics division have put us in a very solid financial position moving into the new year. While it hasn’t been without challenges, it’s the hurdles and growth opportunities in particular that have gotten us to the blockchain level that we are currently proud to be at. So, as we reflect on all our wins this year, we want to emphasize that the entire Buying team continues to work every day with the same drive to learn and grow that we had when we started it all, four years ago. Heading into 2023, we plan to lean hard into this day-one startup mentality that’s made us successful, because, much like in our first year in business, this one will be a big one. We are happy to announce that our medical division called Physicians.com, which was initially scheduled to launch June 1st, 2023, will now be launching the 2nd week of February or sooner. We always strive to beat our timetables, and with our programming team led by Utkarsh Khare, we are proud to say that we have a track record of achieving these goals. Physicians.com will be the very first blockchain driven telemedical site and the future for doctor patient contact, enabling patients to speak to their physicians over phone, chat and app, no matter where they are in the world. While our main competitors are Teladoc and American Well, there is currently no other crypto company operating within this space. The BUY token will be used as a utility token to bring patients cheaper access to doctors, insurance, and unique rewards. We have several other exciting developments in the pipeline that will be released in the coming months.
